Optimal Output through Emotional Clarity

Creative production is all about work that touches people. Yet the process is often driven purely by functionality: briefing, deliverables, budget, technical specifications. Creatives are expected to bring emotional brand values to life, but no one asks emotional questions. Not about the brand essence, not during the briefing, and certainly not to the creators themselves.
How do the creators experience the brand? What motivates them? How do they relate to each other? These questions often remain unanswered, even though they directly influence the end result. Creatives must evoke emotion, but are not allowed to show emotion themselves. This paradoxical playing field creates tension and missed opportunities.
